The UGO-Double Glass Disc Screening Machine Series is the top solution for ultra-high-volume, high-precision inspection applications of rubber seals and similar components. Different in concept, this innovative series features a dual, independent glass disc available at 600mm (UGO-FB-I) and 800mm (UGO-FB-II) diameters equipped with up to 24 high-resolution cameras that multiply throughput over standard single-disc machines. Integrated with the UIDI deep learning platform software UIDG defect generation and slope climbing feeding, UGO delivers full, accurate, and efficient AI visual sorting of defects plus dimensional differences in O-rings, oil seal, and gasket.

AI Deep Learning for Rapid Model Deployment

The integrated UIDI AI platform empowers customers to autonomously train and iterate models even with limited samples, drastically reducing the dependency on massive, expert-labeled datasets. By combining this with the UIDG defect generation software, the system rapidly creates synthetic defect samples for model optimization, substantially accelerating new product introduction and model construction time.

24-Camera System Ensures 360° Comprehensive Detection
