UNITECHO’s Weighing And Packing Machines are engineered for the high-speed processing of bulk granular products where weight is the primary measure of quantity. These systems integrate high-sensitivity load cells with vertical packaging units to handle heavy loads (typically 1kg–3kg) efficiently.
Unlike counting individual pieces, these machines focus on rapid “weight-based” filling, making them ideal for standard fasteners like screws and nuts where exact counts are less critical than total mass. With robust Z-type hoists for feeding and durable back-sealing technology, they ensure consistent, heavy-duty bagging for industrial supply chains.

Integrated Automated Workflow

Features a complete Z-type hoisting system that automatically feeds materials from the floor level to the weighing unit. This seamless integration significantly reduces manual labor and enables continuous, heavy-duty operation for bulky hardware.

High-Load Weighing System

Unlike standard micro-counters, the GY-C01 is engineered for 1kg–3kg heavy packaging. Its robust weighing sensor filters out vibrations to deliver consistent weight accuracy for large batches of metal parts.

Flexible Packaging Compatibility

Supports a wide range of film materials including Composite Membrane, Aluminum Foil, and Heat Sealing Film. This allows manufacturers to choose the right packaging durability for heavy metal parts, preventing bag punctures during transport.

Intuitive Control Interface

Equipped with a user-friendly touch screen and industrial PC control. Operators can easily set target weights and monitor production status, ensuring rapid changeover between different hardware types (e.g., switching from nails to large bolts).
