The UGO-Double Glass Disc Screening Machine Series is the top solution for ultra-high-volume, high-precision inspection applications of rubber seals and similar components. Different in concept, this innovative series features a dual, independent glass disc available at 600mm (UGO-FB-I) and 800mm (UGO-FB-II) diameters equipped with up to 24 high-resolution cameras that multiply throughput over standard single-disc machines. Integrated with the UIDI deep learning platform software UIDG defect generation and slope climbing feeding, UGO delivers full, accurate, and efficient AI visual sorting of defects plus dimensional differences in O-rings, oil seal, and gasket.

The series pioneers a dual, independent glass disc detection architecture, significantly boosting overall production efficiency to twice that of conventional single-disc screeners. Both the 600mm and 800mm models are designed to meet the continuous, high-efficiency inspection needs of ultra-high-volume component manufacturing in the automotive and medical sectors.

AI Deep Learning for Rapid Model Deployment

The integrated UIDI AI platform empowers customers to autonomously train and iterate models even with limited samples, drastically reducing the dependency on massive, expert-labeled datasets. By combining this with the UIDG defect generation software, the system rapidly creates synthetic defect samples for model optimization, substantially accelerating new product introduction and model construction time.

24-Camera System Ensures 360° Comprehensive Detection

The equipment employs up to 24 high-resolution industrial cameras and advanced optical systems, ensuring high-quality, high-coverage image acquisition across both platforms. This multi-camera setup, especially with the optional 360° prism detection module, enables comprehensive, all-around defect capture for complex and irregular parts like O-rings and oil seals.
