Dedicated PE Film System
Unlike standard machines that require expensive composite films, the GY-ZY-0.1 is engineered specifically for PE (Polyethylene) Film. This material is environmentally friendly, recyclable, and significantly lowers packaging consumable costs, making it ideal for low-value, high-volume bulk hardware.
Large-Format Bagging Capacity
Designed to handle "Big Bag" requirements. With a bag length capacity of up to 500mm and width of 350mm, it easily accommodates large water pipe connectors, long pneumatic joints, and bulky plastic housings that standard vertical packers cannot fit.
Vibration Plate Compatibility
As shown in the system diagram, the machine can be integrated with a vibration plate screw feeder. This allows for the automatic feeding of bulk fasteners (like large anti-theft buckles) directly into the PE bag, combining automation with large-format packaging.
Robust & Simple Operation
Built for durability with a simple mechanical structure. The system offers reliable back-sealing performance for heavy items (net weight 150kg machine), ensuring consistent seal integrity even when using single-layer PE film.
