Bucket Conveying System

Features a specialized Bucket Elevator mechanism designed to transport larger granular items that might jam in standard vibratory bowls. This ensures smooth, continuous feeding of bulky parts like 3-inch pipe fittings or large plastic clips into the packing unit.

Large-Format PE Bagging

Engineered to produce large-capacity bags (up to 500mm x 350mm) using PE (Polyethylene) Film. This reduces material costs compared to composite films while providing a tough, tear-resistant package suitable for heavy industrial hardware.

Automated Bulk Processing

Capable of packaging 1–12 bags per minute depending on the volume. The system automates the tedious process of counting and bagging large quantities of loose items, significantly improving throughput compared to manual packing lines.

Robust & Heavy-Duty Build

With a net weight of 150kg and a power rating of 1.5KW, the GY-TD is built for stable operation in industrial environments. Its back-sealing mechanism ensures a strong seal even for heavy bags filled with metal or hard plastic connectors.
