Integrated Manual Selection Platform

Features a spacious conveyor belt platform designed for operators. This allows workers to perform a final visual quality check (QC) on parts before packaging, manually picking out defective items (e.g., rusty springs or bent clips) that automated sensors might miss.

Solution for "Impossible-to-Feed" Parts

Specifically solves the packaging problem for items that entangle easily (like compression springs) or have complex geometries (like asymmetrical buckles) which jam vibratory bowls. The manual placement onto the conveyor ensures smooth, jam-free feeding into the bagger.
