Multi-Station Mixed Packaging
Designed to handle 1 to 12 different materials simultaneously. Whether it's a "license plate kit" (screws + nuts + caps) or a "furniture assembly pack" (dowels + cam locks + bolts), the machine coordinates multiple vibratory bowls to ensure every bag contains the exact recipe of parts.
Customizable for Special Shapes
The system is highly adaptable to irregular items. As noted in the specs, it handles special-shaped parts for lighting and hardware decoration. The fiber-optic counting sensors can be tuned to recognize non-standard geometries that standard counters miss.
